Postage is the same price worldwide and is shown when you select items. There is a minimum postage charge of £1.00, although some items, like Paintiers, have free postage. The actual postage charge is shown for the items you have selected and you will find it easy to edit your shopping list. We now offer FREE postage for orders over £60 (or equivalent), and when your order is more than £60 you will see that the postage becomes zero.

The webstore uses a secure online payment system via PayPal. PayPal now accepts credit cards without you having to become a member.
Just go through the ordering process and when asked if you want to register with PayPal, you can reply no.

If your order cannot be despatched within 14 days (it's normally much sooner) your money will be refunded in full. Also if you find a problem with the webstore please email us.

Return of Goods
You have 7 days within receipt of goods to return any of the product you have bought. If you return the goods in good condition, then you will be refunded the item value but not the cost of postage.

Many of the products here have a picture. To view, click on the product description and if it's available it will be displayed to the right of the product list.
